Ms Walsh’s 3rd class are learning how to bake buns today. Lauren Howlin-Bolger’s mum Margaret , a professional baker, is showing the class how to make cupcakes and how to decorate them. The class have been learning all about recipes and will use what they learn in procedural writing. No doubt many families will have requests to try out favourite recipes over the midterm break!
