School Concert
Every second year the pupils in Scoil Mhuire stage a Christmas Concert in Campile Hall. This year’s concert was held on Tues. Dec. 6th and Wed. 7th and proved to be a great success. Eleven pupils from Scoil Mhuire were among the winners in the Tesco, New Ross Hallowe’en Art competition. Orla Nolan in 6th Class won the overall prize. Other winners were Owen Chalker, Amy Ennis and Bridget Nolan from 2nd class, Michael Corish and Chloe Kavanagh from 5th class and Lorraine Nolan, Hayley Crosbie, Angelina McGrath, Louise Becker and Kate Chapman from 6th class. Latest News for November Rackard League Team wins County Final The boys Rackard League Football team beat Bree 3-6 to 1-3 in the County Final on Friday November 11th . The game was played under lights in Cushinstown at 6.30pm.
